Jan- Christoph Wöber has been recruited as an Investment Associate at Armada Mezzanine Stockholm office. Prior to joining Armada Mezzanine, Jan-Christoph worked for two years in the Corporate & Financial Sponsor Coverage at the Royal Bank of Scotland in Stockholm. His earlier employments include Barclays Investment Bank and Mediobanca. Jan-Christoph is a German national and holds a M.Sc. in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and a B.Sc. in Economics from Maastricht University.

Armada Mezzanine Fund IV has provided mezzanine financing in support of the acquisition of Daldata AS (“DD” or the “Company”) by Procuritas Capital Investors V LP. DD is a leading provider of accounting software and hosting of data to the Norwegian SME market, with a focus on accounting firms and the agricultural vertical.

Daldata AS ( is a Norwegian company, founded in 1982, that has established itself as a top accounting software and cloud service provider to the Norwegian accounting and agriculture sector as well as to other Norwegian SMEs. Based on accounting and end-customer knowledge, the company has created a leading product within its core focus segments and been able to respond to the changes in customer needs and technology. The Company serves approximately 5,000 customers yearly and operates from six offices across Norway (headquartered in Tynset). Its cloud services are provided from its own state of the art data centre.
